1. Shipping Options and Costs
•  Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders in our storeD
2. Delivery Timelines
•  Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
•  Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and in your confirmation email. Note that timelines may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high-demand periods—similar to Amazon’s estimates.
•  Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.
3. Where We Ship
•  Domestic (US): 3-4 working days. We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO military addresses (following Zappos’ inclusive policy). Additional fees may apply for remote areas.
•  International Shipping: Available to over 100 countries with duties and taxes calculated at checkout (you may be responsible for customs fees).  with delivery in 7-9 business days. Expedited options available for select regions (inspired by ASOS’ global focus).
•  We do not ship to PO Boxes for expedited orders—please use a physical address.
4. Special Conditions for Clothing Items
•  For hygienic reasons, items like bras and intimates must be returned in original, unworn condition (see our Return Policy for details).
•  If your order includes personalized or custom-fit items, shipping may take an extra 2-3 days.
•  We inspect all packages before shipping to ensure quality, but if you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately for a free replacement or refund (no return shipping needed).
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
•  You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placement via your account. After that, contact support—we’ll do our best, but if it’s already shipped, standard return policies apply.
•  If an item is out of stock after ordering, we’ll notify you and offer a full refund or alternative.
