• You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. No rush—take your time to try on and decide.
2. Eligible Items
• Most items are eligible for return, including unworn clothing, bras, and pants in their original condition with tags attached.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and free from damage, odors, or alterations.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for some products
• Sale items and final clearance products are returnable for store credit only.
3. Return Process
• Free Return Shipping: We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for all returns within the US and europe.(shipping label comes. with the product when orderd and same address for returns too. International returns may require you to cover shipping costs, but we’ll reimburse up to $10 upon receipt.
• Log into your account, select the order, and request a return. Print the label and drop off at any [USPS/UPS/FedEx] location.
• No restocking fees—ever!
• Expect your refund (or exchange) within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method (minus any original shipping fees, if applicable).
• Prefer an exchange? We’ll ship the new item free of charge.
• Store credit is always an option if you want to shop again right away.
5. Defective or Wrong Items
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days for a full refund or replacement—including free return shipping. We’ll cover everything!
